Revising the locations and circumstances in which a loaded firearm is required to be kept or secured with a trigger lock; deleting conditions that pertain to the crime of failing to safely store, leave, or secure a loaded firearm in a specified manner, etc.
AN ACT To repeal section 571.030, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to firearms in motor vehicles.
