Delaware to Vote on Raising Age Limit for Firearm Sales

The Delaware House is set to take up HB 330, graded legislation that would raise the age at which a legal firearm sale, transfer, or gift can occur from 18 to 21. There are some reasonable exceptions included in the bill.

LEAP Forward thanks House Speaker Pete Schwartzkopf, the legislations' primary sponsor, as well as all the lawmakers who co-sponsored the bill in the House and unanimously passed it out of committee. We urge all members of the Delaware House, especially those in the Democratic majority, to support this bill and send it to the state Senate.
