A bill to amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the distribution of 3D printer plans for the printing of firearms, and for other purposes.
Relative prohibiting ghost guns, so-called, that allow gun pieces to be legally purchased or made to create firearms that lack serial numbers. Public Safety and Homeland Security.
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, providing for purchase and sale of firearm parts without a serial number and for manufacturing or facilitating the manufacture of firearm using three-dimensional printer.
Prohibits the manufacturing, importation, sale, shipment, delivery, possession, or transfer of any firearm that is undetectable by metal detectors commonly used at airports and public buildings including 3D printed firearms as defined herein.
