Modifies exceptions to committing misconduct involving weapons by knowingly possessing a deadly weapon on school grounds

1. Specifies that a person does not commit misconduct involving weapons for knowingly possessing a loaded or unloaded firearm on school grounds that is carried within a means of transportation and under the control of an adult. (Sec. 1)
Currently, this exception only applies to a firearm that is unloaded (A.R.S. § 13-3102).
