Crimes; weapons; crimes of prohibition of possession of firearms and distribution of ammunition by persons convicted of certain felony; expand to include individuals convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence crimes. Amends sec. 224f of 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.224f).
An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms; in community and municipal courts, further providing for masters; and adding provisions relating to extreme risk protection orders.
Establishes crimes of purchasing firearm parts to unlawfully manufacture firearms without a serial number, manufacturing or possessing covert or undetectable firearms, and manufacturing or facilitating the manufacture of firearms using a three-dimensional printer.
